When you receive your merchandise:
Please open all boxes immediately and check the contents. We must be notified of any damage or other problems within 10 days of you receiving your products. In order to serve you better, we request that you also inspect all of your products for obvious defects/blemishes within 10 days of receiving them.
Return Policy:
Shipping Damage
- Notify Rewards Center at 888-866-9186 or email customerservice@discountcupboard.com within 10 days of receiving your package for a replacement.
- A claim will be placed with the shipper for the damaged items by the Rewards Center. The damaged items must be kept with original shipping box and packing materials for 7 days for possible Shipper Inspection.

- Returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of receiving your package. Merchandise may Not be returned after 30 days.
- All Returns and Exchanges must be unused and in original manufacturer packaging.
